Ingredients to make Chicken salami

  • Boneless Chicken 500 gm
  • Fresh Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Chilli flakes 2 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Ginger 1 inch piece
  • Garlic 5 cloves
  • Mixed herbs optional
  • Aluminium foil for wrapping

How to make Chicken salami

  1. In a blender jar, blend the cleaned chicken with all the spices and ingredients.
  2. Take a big piece of aluminium foil and fold it in two. Shape the chicken mince in the form of a log and wrap it in the foil and seal by twisting like a candy.
  3. Put in large pot with boiling water for 10-15 mins. Let it cool down and bring it to a room temperature.
  4. Cut in slices and serve as desired.
My Tip: It can be sliced and sauteed immediately or put in a zip lock pouch and refrigerate to cut in slices later.
