Crunchy potato chaat

Ingredients to make Crunchy potato chaat

  • 6 big size potatoes
  • rock salt 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • oil 3 tablespoons
  • Green coriander chutney 2 tablespoons
  • Dates tamarind chutney 2 teaspoon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • pomegranate seeds 2 tablespoons
  • coriander leaves for garnishing

How to make Crunchy potato chaat

  1. Wash and boil all potatoes
  2. Peel and cut in pieces
  3. Put a nonstick pan on flame
  4. Add oil in pan
  5. Shallow fry the potatoes from all sides till crispy
  6. Sprinkle salt and pepper powder
  7. Replace in a plate
  8. Mix green chutney and sweet chutney in potatoes
  9. Mix lemon juice
  10. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and coriander leaves
  11. Serve hot
