  • coriander leaves chopped 4 table spoon
  • Coriander powder for paneer 1/2 teaspoon
  • Jeera powder for paneer 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chilly powder for paneer 1/2 teaspoon
  • For gravy
  • oil 2 table spoon
  • butter or ghee 1 table spoon
  • Finely chopped onion 3 numbers
  • ginger garlic paste 1 table spoon
  • sugar 1/2 teaspoon
  • tomatoes scrapped 3 numbers
  • coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  • jeera powder 1 teaspoon
  • Pav baji masala 1 table spoon
  • Sambar powder 1 table spoon
  • red chilly powder 1 table spoon
  • Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon

How to make Paneer tikka masala gravy

  1. IN PANEER CUBES ADD SALT CORIANDER POWDER JEERA POWDER AND RED CHILLY POWDER AND TOSS TO MIX WELL
  2. IN A SKEWER INSERT THE PANEER PIECES AND GRILL COOK
  3. IN A PAN ADD GHEE AND SAUTE ONION
  4. ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  5. ADD GRATED TOMATO AND SAUTE WELL
  6. IN A BOWL ADD DANYA POWDER JEERA PWDR PAVBAJI MASALA SAMBAR PDR CHILLY PDR GARAM MASALA
  7. ADD THE MASALAS TO THE SAUTED MIX AND ADD WATER
  8. ADD GRILLED PANEER TO THE GRAVY AND COOK IT. ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
