Lauki ( bottle gaurd) ke falahari cutlet

Ingredients to make Lauki ( bottle gaurd) ke falahari cutlet

  • Greated lauki- 1 cup
  • Greated potato- 1/2 cup
  • Kuttu ka atta- 5-6 tsp
  • Chopped ginger and green chilies-1 tsp
  • Some chopped coriander leaves
  • rock salt to taste
  • red chilly powder-1/2 tsp
  • oil for deep frying

How to make Lauki ( bottle gaurd) ke falahari cutlet

  1. Peel and grate the lauki and potatoes. Squeeze out the water completely.
  2. Take Squeezed lauki and potatoes in a large bowl. Add kuttu ka atta. Chopped green chillies. Ginger. Salt and red chilly powder.add corriender.
  3. Mix all ingredients well. If it is waterly than add some more atta and mix. The mixture should have a thick consistency. Do not keep this mixture for long time because it releases water and it will make mixture soggy.
  4. Grease your palm with oil or water and divide mixture into equal portions. Take each portion and turn it into cylindrical shape.
  5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and deep fry the cutlet. Stir occasionally and fry until they turn golden brown and crisp. Take them out and drain excess oil and place them in a plate. Serve hot with green chutney.
