Ingredients to make Buttermilk Rice Bhath

  • Boiling water 2 ltr
  • rice 3 cup
  • salt to taste
  • coconut oil 2 tsp
  • buttermilk 1 cup
  • star anise 1
  • clove 4-5
  • cinnamon 2"
  • ginger chopped 2"
  • Green chilli 1-2
  • carrot chopped 1 cup
  • Green beans chopped 1 cup
  • pepper powder 1 tsp

How to make Buttermilk Rice Bhath

  1. ADD WASHED RICE INTO BOILING WATER
  2. ADD BUTTERMILK
  3. GINGER, GREEN CHILLI
  4. CLOVE, STAR ANISE, CINNAMON
  5. COCONUT OIL
  6. SALT
  7. CHOPPED CARROTS AND GREEN BEANS
  8. MIX WELL, COVER AND COOK TILL EVAPORATION OF WATER IN LOW FLAME
  9. OPEN THE LID, ADD PEPPER POWDER, TURN OFF THE FLAME
