About Sabudana Vada Recipe

Navratri Special dish sabudana Vada easy to make.

Sabudana Vada

Ingredients to make Sabudana Vada

  • 2 cups soaked sabudana
  • 3 boiled potatoes
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanut Coarsely grinded
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • oil for deep frying
  • Sendha salt to taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • Few Corriander leaves fresh
  • 1 tsp ginger grated

How to make Sabudana Vada

  1. Take a mixing bowl, add grated boiled potatoes, ginger, corriender leaves, ground peanuts, sendha salt to taste, red chilli powder, green chilli, soaked sabudana.
  2. Mix well and make a dough. Keep aside.
  3. Take a small portion of the sabudana dough. Make a small balls and flatten them all.
  4. When the oil is hot, slowly drop tikki into the hot oil.
  5. Deep fry in medium heat. Fry untill crispy and golden brown in colour.
  6. Sabudana Vada is ready to serve.
  7. Serve hot.
