  1. For stuffing
  2. medium-sized tomatoes 5
  3. grated paneer 100 gms
  4. chopped green chillies 2
  5. black pepper pwdr 1/2 tspn
  6. cumin seeds pwdr 1/2 tspn
  7. Coriander
  8. salt
  9. For gravy
  10. oil 1 and 1/2 cup
  11. chopped onions 2
  12. chopped tomatoes 3
  13. chopped capsicum 1/2
  14. garlic crushed 1 tspn
  15. redchilly pwdr 1 tspn
  16. black pepper pwdr 1tspn
  17. turmeric pwdr 1/4 tspn
  18. tomato ketchup 3 tspn
  19. seesame seeds 2 tspn
  20. poppy seeds 2 tspn
  21. cashewnut 10
  22. fresh cream 2 tbspn
  23. salt
  24. water

Instructions

  1. FOR TOMATO STUFFING-5 MEDIUM-SIZED TOMATOES
  2. 100GMS PANEER GRATED
  3. 2 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES 1/2 TSPN BLACK PEPPER PWDR 1/2 TSPN CUMIN SEEDS PWDR CORIANDER AND SALT
  4. MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS
  5. CUT TOMATO TOPS AND PULL OUT THE PULP
  6. FILL IN THE STUFFING
  7. COVER WITH TOMATO TOPS
  8. FOR GRAVY- 2 CHOPPED ONIONS
  9. 3 CHOPPED TOMATOES
  10. 3 1TSPN TOMATO KETCHUP 1 TSPN REDCHILLY PWDR 1/4 TSPN TURMERIC PWDR 1/2 CHOPPED CAPSICUM 1 TSPN BLACK PEPPER PWDR AND SALT
  11. 2 TSPN SEESAME SEEDS 2 TSPN POPPY SEEDS AND 10 CASHEWNUTS
  12. 2 TSPN FRESH CREAM
  13. SOAK IN HOT WATER FOR HALF AN HOUR
  14. THEN BLEND THEM WITH FRESH CREAM
  15. BOIL CHOPPED ONIONS AND TOMATOES
  16. ADD IN LEFT OVER TOMATO PULP
  17. GRIND IT
  18. HEAT 1&1/2 CUP OF OIL
  19. SAUTE CRUSHED GARLIC
  20. THEN CAPSICUM
  21. NOW ADD TOMATO ONION PUREE
  22. AND ALL THE DRY INGREDIENTS
  23. COOK WELL TILL OIL SEPARATES
  24. LATER ON ADD TOMATO KETCHUP
  25. AND CASHEWNUT & CREAM MIXTURE
  26. MIX WELL
  27. PLACE THE STUFFED TOMATOES IN IT
  28. COVER THE LID AND COOK FOR 15 MINUTES ON LOW TO MEDIUM FLAME TILL TOMATOES GET SOFTEN
  29. GARNISH WITH CORIANDER AND SERVE HOT
  30. TURNED OUT YUMMM
