Ingredients to make Navratri special Shahi paneer

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1" ginger
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp deggi mirch
  • rock salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp poopy seeds paste
  • 1 tbsp fresh cream
  • 1/2 tsp fenugreek powder
  • 200 gm cottage cheese

How to make Navratri special Shahi paneer

  1. MAKE A PUREE OF 3 TOMATOES, 2 GREEN CHILLIES & 1" GINGER
  2. HEAT 2-3 TBSP OF OIL
  3. ADD 1 TSP CUMIN SEEDS, LET IT ROAST, ADD TOMATO GINGER PUREE
  4. ADD ROCK SALT TO TASTE, 1 TSP DEGGI MIRCH POWDER, 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER
  5. ADD 1 TBSP POPPY SEEDS PASTE AND COOK FOR 3-5 MINUTES
  6. WHEN THE OIL SEPARATES, ADD 200 GM COTTAGE CHEESE ( CUBES), 1/2 TSP FENUGREEK POWDER
  7. AND 1 TBSP FRESH CREAM. COOK TILL THE OIL SEPARATES
  8. SHAHI PANEER IS READY FOR FASTING. GARNISH WITH FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES
