  1. SOK THE GRAM AND DAAL OVERNIGHT
  2. IN THE MORNING WASH THEM AND KEEP IN A MUSLIN CLOTH FOR A DAY
  3. THE NEXT DAY YOU SEE THE SPROUTS WOULD COME OUT
  4. TAKE A PRESSURE COOKER ADD OIL , JEERA , SPROUTED CHANA AND DAAL , ADD AL THE MASALAS AND ADD 2 CUPS OF WATER AND WHISTLE THEM UNTIL COOKED
  5. AFTER COOKED TAKE A PLATE ADD THE COOKED SPROUTS , GARNISH WITH TOMATOES , CORIANDER LEMON JUICE , GREEN CHILLIES , AND CHAAT MASALA
