About Three layer crispy rolls . Recipe

This is a new kind of starter which is three coloured and crispy and tasty.

Ingredients to make Three layer crispy rolls .

  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 100 GMS spinach
  • 4 bread slices
  • grated paneer(50 gms) and cheese(1cube)
  • salt to taste.
  • cornflour 1 tbsp
  • ggc paste half spoon
  • red chilli pwd 2 tsps
  • Aamchur pwd 1 tsp
  • green chillies 2 finely chopped
  • bread crumbs to coat

How to make Three layer crispy rolls .

  1. First prepare layers then assemble and deep fry.
  2. Start by blanching spinach leaves in hot and cold water.
  3. Let the water drain from spinach and make puree.
  4. Now grind bread in mixer and mix with spinach puree to achieve dough like structure.
  5. Add salt and red chilli and keep aside.
  6. Now prepare potatoes layer by mashing potatoes .
  7. Add Cornflour, salt,ggc paste,redchilli pwd,Aamchur pwd and keep aside.
  8. Now grate cheese and paneer and make balls.
  9. Now take paneer balls and place on potato dough and cover them.
  10. Now keep this potato and paneer till in spinach dough.
  11. Now deep fry and serve hot by coating in some bread crumbs.

My Tip:

mozerella cheese can also b added to make it goey from inside.
