Ingredients to make Healthy chocolate pancakes

  • 1 cup wheat flour/all purpose flour (both 50-50)
  • 2 tbsp oil or melted butter/ghee
  • 1/2 cup powder sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup milk+little more
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice/vinegar
  • Chopped strawberry to garnish
  • Chocolate syrup to garnish

How to make Healthy chocolate pancakes

  1. Sieve the wheat flour and add the cocoa powder.
  2. Then add the oil and the powdered sugar. Next, add the milk, baking powder and lemon juice.
  3. Mix it well together and make it of pouring consistency.
  4. Heat a pan and pour the batter, then pour little butter on all sides of the pancake.
  5. Garnish these pancakes with chocolate syrup, chopped strawberries and serve.
My Tip: You can add wheat flour and all purpose flour 50-50. Garnish it with any nuts and serve it with cold whipping cream.
