This is very healthy recipe made from leftover jovar,bajri roti

Jovar,bajri ki roti ka chevda

Ingredients to make Jovar,bajri ki roti ka chevda

  • 1 cup jovar flour
  • 1 cup bajri flour
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoon ghee
  • 1/2 teaspoon asafetida
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped spring onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped spring garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green chilly
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup curd for serving

How to make Jovar,bajri ki roti ka chevda

  1. In a mixing bowl add both flour
  2. Add salt to taste
  3. By adding water make soft Daugh
  4. Then make 2 balls from it
  5. Role it thick and cook both side like roti
  6. Then let it cool half hour
  7. Then churn it in chopper
  8. And make chura
  9. In a pan add ghee,
  10. Heat it and add asafetida
  11. Add chopped garlic
  12. Add spring garlic and spring onion
  13. Mix well
  14. Add roti chura
  15. Mix for 1 min.
  16. Then serve it with curd
