Ingredients to make Rose Makhana kheer

  • lotus seeds 200 gram
  • full cream milk 1 litre
  • clarified butter 2 teaspoons
  • sugar 2 tablespoons
  • Rose water 2 teaspoons
  • rose peatls for garnish

How to make Rose Makhana kheer

  1. Put a pan on medium flame
  2. Add clarified butter in it
  3. Add lotus seeds in it ...Roast for 3...4 minutes
  4. Grind coarsely roasted lotus seeds
  5. Now put milk in a pan on heat
  6. Let it reduce to thicken
  7. Now add crushed lotus seeds
  8. Add sugar
  9. After 2...3 minutes turn the flame off
  10. Now add rose water
  11. Garnish with rose petals
  12. Serve chilled
