Sabudana vada

Ingredients to make Sabudana vada

  • potatoes 1/2 kilogram
  • sabudana 200 gram
  • rock salt 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon
  • peanuts 2 teaspoon
  • 2 green chillies
  • 2 teaspoon green coriander leaves
  • Chutney and curd to serve
  • oil for frying

How to make Sabudana vada

  1. Soak sabudana for 2 hours
  2. Wash and boil potatoes
  3. Peel and mashed potatoes
  4. Add soaked sabudana in potatoes
  5. Add salt , cumin seeds and pepper powder
  6. Add chopped green chillies and coriander leaves
  7. Add crushed peanuts
  8. Make a dough
  9. Make balls or desired shaped cutlets or vadas
  10. Deep fry on high flame till golden
  11. Serve hot with coriander chutney and curd
