Healthy cookies loaded fully with grated coconut cashews and pistas

Beetroot Cashew Cookies

Ingredients to make Beetroot Cashew Cookies

  • wheat flour - 1 Cup
  • Grated beetroot - 1/2 cup
  • Grated coconut - 4 tablespoon
  • Powdered cashews - 2 tablespoon
  • Powdered pistas - 2 tablespoon
  • Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • cardamom Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • sugar - 5 Tablespoon
  • salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • ghee - 5 tablespoon

How to make Beetroot Cashew Cookies

  1. Combine everything in a mixing bowl except ghee.
  2. Melt the ghee and add little by little and knead into a smooth dough.
  3. Roll the dough and cut into your desired shapes using cookie cutter.
  4. Sprinkle some sugar and powdered nuts on top of the cookies.
  5. Bake them for 20 minutes at 300 °.
  6. Enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee

My Tip:

You can even add chico chips
