Roasted Beetroot Lassi

Ingredients to make Roasted Beetroot Lassi

  • 1 medium sized beetroot (roasted & cut into cubes)
  • 1½ cups yogurt/ curd
  • ¼ cup full fat milk
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons honey
  • A pinch of cardamom powder (elaichi)
  • 4 to 5 ice cubes

How to make Roasted Beetroot Lassi

  1. Peel the skin. Roast the beetroot. Cut into cubes
  2. In a blender, add all the ingredients given.
  3. Blend well for 40 sec
  4. Serve chilled in a glass
