Ingredients to make Phool makhana tikki

  • potato 5/7
  • Phool makhana 2 cups
  • Phalagari atta 250 gm
  • Chopped chilli,coriander as required
  • Jira powder,sandal salt, chilli powder according to teste
  • Chopped nut
  • Chopped Kaju and kishmis,almond
  • White oil for fry

How to make Phool makhana tikki

  1. Peel of the skin of potato,boil and smash it
  2. Dry roasted the phool makhana and grind it in mixi
  3. Now take some portion from it,give a shape
  4. Now put dry fruit in it,make ball
  5. Now give shape of tikki
  6. And then fry till it become golden brown
  7. Serve it with pudina,dhaniya chatni
  8. Put dry fruit in this tikki,make ball
