Ingredients to make Left over rice bhajiya

  • Left over rice 1 bowl
  • Besan 1 bowl
  • 3/4 spoon curd
  • Salt to taste
  • Handful of coriander leaves, chopped
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  • Oil for frying
  • A pinch of soda

How to make Left over rice bhajiya

  1. Mix all the ingredients properly and keep it aside for 1 hour. Add the required water batter and note that it should be like medu vada.
  2. Deep fry it in oil and don't forget to add a pinch of soda. Fry them until they turn light pink in colour.
