Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Oats 1 1/2 cup
  2. Urad dal 1 tsp
  3. Bengal gram 1 tsp
  4. Carrot chopped 1
  5. Onion 1 chopped
  6. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  7. Zeera 1 tsp
  8. Oil required Amount
  9. Water required amount
  10. Green chilli 1 chopped
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Pinch of sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan,add mustard seeda let them spultter,add bengal gram,zeera,urad dal and saute for a minute
  2. Now add onion and green chilli,carrot and fry
  3. Then add salt n sugar and mix well
  4. For 1 1/2 cup oats add 2 1/2 cup water first heat water and then add oats and cook on low heat for 4-5 minutes and then done
