Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 cup chilled milk
  2. ,4-5 dates,
  3. cashews for garnish,
  4. 1 pinch cardamom powder.

Instructions

  1. Remove the hard pit from dates chop them.
  2. Add them to the blender with 1/2 cup milk blend it till smooth.
  3. Then add rest of the milk and cardamom powder again blend it till everything is blended well.
  4. Pour into the glass and serve
