About QUICK BADAM LADOO! Recipe

I can surely say this is one the healthy snack which you can give to your kids without any guilt.

QUICK BADAM LADOO!

Ingredients to make QUICK BADAM LADOO!

  • almonds / Badam – 3/4 cup
  • cashew – 1/8 cup.
  • jaggery – 4 tsp.
  • cardamom – 1 no.

How to make QUICK BADAM LADOO!

  1. In a pan dry roast almonds in low heat till it starts spluttering and turns golden brown.
  2. When done add cahews and roast for 2 mins till light brown.
  3. Remove from flame and let them come down to room temperature.
  4. Add roasted nuts , cardamom to blender and grind them in high speed till fine sticky powder
  5. Then add jaggery and again grind for 1 more minute till the nuts leave oil and jaggery mixes well with nuts mixture.
  6. Empty the contents to a bowl ,mix in hand and make small balls.
  7. Store in airtight container and enjoy for a week.

My Tip:

if the mixture is too dry , you can add 1 tsp of hot ghee or milk and make balls.
