About Potato kachori Recipe

Its a very basic Gujrati receipe.

Potato kachori

Ingredients to make Potato kachori

  • For potato mixture- Boiled and mashed potatoes - 1cup
  • salt - as per taste
  • pepper powder - 1/2tablespoon
  • Cornflor - 3tablespoon
  • For filling-
  • Grated coconut - 1/2cup
  • Green chillie- 1/2
  • cilantro- For garnishing
  • lemon juice -1/2tablespoon
  • salt- as per taste
  • sugar - 1/4tablespoon
  • peanuts - 1/4cup
  • oil - for deep frying

How to make Potato kachori

  1. In a bowl add mashed potatoes and other ingredients required to make the potato mixture.
  2. In a bowl put all the ingredients required to make the filling.
  3. Coarsely grind it.
  4. Apply oil to hand.
  5. Take a little potato mixture flatten it .
  6. Put the filling and close it nicely.
  7. Laslty deep fry it.

My Tip:

Apply oil while making kachoris to that it will not stick to your hands.
