Healthy chocolate pancakes

Ingredients to make Healthy chocolate pancakes

  • 1 cup wheat flour or All purpose flour or (50-50) (I have used wheat flour)
  • 2 tbsp any oil/melted butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup milk (little more for batter consistency)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar

How to make Healthy chocolate pancakes

  1. Sieve the flour, then add cocoa powder, sugar and baking powder. Then add milk, lemon juice and mix it well till it looks like a smooth pouring consistency batter.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan or tawa, pour one or two full big spoons of the batter, add a little butter on all sides and flip it. Both sides should become brown in colour.
  3. Drizzle chocolate sauce and garnish it with strawberries.
My Tip: You can make this with wheat flour or all purpose flour or both. Also the addition of cocoa powder is optional.
