"Papaya smoothie"

Ingredients to make "Papaya smoothie"

  • 1cup papaya peeled, seeded and chopped, 1/2 banana sliced, 1/2 cup yogurt, 2tsp sugar or honey,1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 1 pinch of green cardamom powder

How to make "Papaya smoothie"

  1. Take the chopped papaya and banana sliced in a jar, add milk, yogurt, sugar, cardamom powder, ice crushed, honey.
  2. Blend it till smooth
  3. Pour the papaya smoothie in the glass serve chilled.
