This is semi dry curry meade with ladies finger or okra and is served with roti or rice

Ingredients to make Masala bhindi

  • Ladyfingers 500 grams
  • oil 4 tablesoops
  • onions sliced 2 large
  • coriander leaves
  • tomatoes chopped 1
  • salt to teast
  • Turmric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  • green chilli slit 3-4
  • cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon

How to make Masala bhindi

  1. HEAT THE OIL IN A KADAI
  2. ADD CAMIN SEEDS AND ASAFOETIDA
  3. ADD THE GARLIC PEAST AND CHOPPED ONION
  4. SAUTE FOR SOME TIME AND ADD THE CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES
  5. ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES
  6. ADD TURMERIC POWDER MIX WELL
  7. ADD CUMIN POWDER , CORIANDER POWDER AND SALT MIX WELL
  8. ADD THE WASH AND DRY CHOPPED THE BHINDI MIX WELL
  9. SAUTE FOR SOME TIME AND CLOSE THE KADAI LID
  10. OPEN THE LID THE BHINDI IS ALMOST COOKED INCREASE THE HEAT AND COOK FOR 2-4 MINUTES
  11. GARNISH BHINDI MASALA DRY WITH CORIANDER LEAVES AND SERVE HOT
