Makhane ke kabaab

Ingredients to make Makhane ke kabaab

  • Makhana- 1 cup
  • Boiled potatoes- 2 midium size
  • Chopped ginger and green chillies- 1 tsp
  • Singhare ka atta- 3-4 tsp
  • rock salt to taste
  • red chilly powder- 1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin powder- 1 tsp
  • Chopped raisins and cashews as required
  • oil for fry

How to make Makhane ke kabaab

  1. Soak makhana in water for 1 hour.after soaking drain the water and grind them like a paste.
  2. Peel the.boil potatoes and mash them. Mix makhana. Potatoes. Salt. Red chilly powder. Cumin powder chopped ginger and chilly and singhare ka atta.
  3. Grease your palm with oil and make a ball stuff with chopped raisins and cashews. Shape this like a kabaab
  4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Fry all the kabaab until they turn golden brown. Serve hot with turmarind chutney or green chutney.
