Ingredients to make Palak chakli

  • Rice flour 2 cups
  • besan 1/4 cup
  • Green chilli 2
  • garlic 3
  • coriander leaves
  • coriander powder 1/2
  • cumin Powder 1/2 Tsp
  • cumin seed 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil for Deep frying
  • Ajwain 1/2 tsp
  • butter 2 tsp
  • spinach 3/4 cup

How to make Palak chakli

  1. TAKE 1 BUNCH OF SPINACH
  2. TAKE 3 GREEN CHILLI , CORIANDER LEAVES AND GARLIC
  3. ADD THE SPINACH , GREEN CHILLI AND CORIANDER , 1/4 WATER BY BLENDING
  4. NOW IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL TAKE 2 CUPS RICE FLOUR , 1/2 CUP BESAN , AND PALAK PUREE
  5. ADD THE 1/2 TSP CUMIN SEEDS AND POWDER , CORIANDER POWEDR
  6. ADD THE SALT AND AJWAIN 1/2 TSP
  7. ADD RED TURMERIC POWDER AND BUTTER
  8. ADDITIONALLY WATER A REQUIRED AND KNEAD DOUGH TO SMOOTH AND SOFT DOUGH
  9. MAKE A SMOOTH DOUGH WITOUT CRACKE
  10. NOW TAKE STAR MOLD
  11. PREPARE SMALL SPIRAL SHAPPED CHAKLIS BY PRESSING
  12. TAKE ONE PALAK CHAKLI AT TIME AND SLIDE IT INTO HOT OIL
  13. FLIP THE CHAKLI AND FRY ON MEDIUM FLAME TILL THEY TURN CRIDPY FORM BOTH SIDES
