Raw Banana & Cottage Cheese Fritters

Ingredients to make Raw Banana & Cottage Cheese Fritters

  • 2 large raw bananas
  • 1 cup grated cottage cheese
  • ½ cup of amaranth flour
  • 1 green chili finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander finely chopped
  • ½ tsp ginger paste
  • rock salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper to taste
  • clarified butter(ghee) for frying

How to make Raw Banana & Cottage Cheese Fritters

  1. Microwave the bananas with their skin on for 2 minutes
  2. Peel and grate them in bowl and add rest all the ingredients and mix well
  3. Add a some water to make it a thick batter
  4. Heat a pan and add ghee then pour the batter to make small roundels
  5. Cook well till crispy from both the sides. Serve them hot with green chutney and tea.
