Masala vada

Ingredients to make Masala vada

  • 1 cup chana dal
  • 2 green chilli
  • 2 onions
  • salt
  • Chopped coriander
  • oil for deep frying
  • ginger garlic paste

How to make Masala vada

  1. Soak chana dal for 2 hours and pulse soaked dal with salt coarsely
  2. Take it into a bowl.add chopped green chillies, onion,coriander ,ginger garlic paste and mix well
  3. Take a deep pan and heat oil and make the mixture into small balls and flatten them and fry in oil and serve
