Ingredients to make Avil Milk Shake

  • rice flakes / poha- 1/2 cup
  • Ripe banana - 1 large
  • sugar - 3 tbsp
  • coconut milk (thick) - 1/4 cup
  • Cold milk - 1 cup
  • ginger juice - 1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1/4 tsp
  • Chopped nuts or peanuts - few

How to make Avil Milk Shake

  1. Wash the poha and place it in a strainer under running water for a few seconds until its soft but not mashed. Drain and keep aside.
  2. In a blender add the banana, sugar and mix it well together.
  3. Mix this with peanuts, ginger juice, lemon juice, coconut milk and cold milk.
  4. Pour in glasses and serve immediately.

My Tip:

It can be served with ice cream as well.
