Its pure satvik made from khoya and praline to have on fast days

FALHARI PRALINE KHOYA CAKE

Ingredients to make FALHARI PRALINE KHOYA CAKE

  • 1 bowl khoya
  • 1/2 bowl sugar
  • 4 tblspn chopped nuts cashewnut alomnd and pistachios
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/2 bowl fresh cream
  • For praline
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tspn desi ghee
  • 5 tblspn chopped cashewnut

How to make FALHARI PRALINE KHOYA CAKE

  1. For praline
  2. Take a pan add sugar to it and stir continuously
  3. Now when it changes the colour add ghee
  4. Now add chopped cashews to it
  5. Line on greased thali
  6. Immediately cut into circle shape
  7. For cake
  8. Take khoya roast in pan till it changes to little brown in colour
  9. Now add sugar to it
  10. Now add chopped nuts and cardamom powder
  11. Now cook till it became thick
  12. Beat cream till soft peaks
  13. Now assemble
  14. Take a ring mould line with praline
  15. Now add roasted khoya
  16. Now keep in refrigerator for 4 hrs
  17. Now put cream to it and level it
  18. Again keep in refrigerator for 2 hrs
  19. Now keep small praline in center
  20. Garnish with chopped nuts
  21. Served chill

My Tip:

When making praline cut immidiately in shape when its warm
