Hara bhara dhokla

Ingredients to make Hara bhara dhokla

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 1/2 Cup chick pea flover (besan)
  • 2 Tsp ginger green chilli peast
  • 2 Tbsp coriander chopped garnish
  • oil
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp fruit salt
  • 1/2 Tsp mustard seed
  • 2 Tsp sugar

How to make Hara bhara dhokla

  1. ADD SPINACH , GINGER , GREEN CHILLI PEAST AND WATHER IN A BLENDER AND BLEND WELL IT BECOME A PEAST
  2. RENOVE THIS SPINACH PESAT IN A BESAN SUGAR BATTER
  3. ADD OIL AND SALT
  4. ADD FRUIT SALT
  5. UICKLY BATTER MIX WELL
  6. GREASE THE MOULDS WITH A LITTLE OIL
  7. POUR THE BATTER INTO THE STEAMER CLASE THE LID AND STEAM 15 MINUTES
  8. REMOVE THE TRSYS FROME THE STEAMAR
  9. ALLOW THE DHOKLA TO COOL
  10. CUT INTO SQUARE SHAPES
  11. TAKE PAN HEAT OIL IN IT AND THEN ADD MUSTARD SEEDS GREEN CHILLI
  12. GARNISH WITH GRATED COCONAT AND CORIANDER
