Ingredients to make Panner pakodas

  • Panner 200gms
  • gram flour 1 cup
  • water
  • ginger Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • Green chili paste 1/2tsp
  • salt (as per ur taste)
  • Chili powder (as per ur taste)
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • Rosted jeera 1/2 tsp
  • coriander leaves
  • oil (for deep fry)

How to make Panner pakodas

  1. Cut panner into pieces and keep it aside.
  2. Mix water and gram flour to form a batter of thick consistancy.
  3. Add all the ingredients to the batter and mix well.
  4. Heat oil..
  5. Dip each panner piece in the batter and fry in oil until it looks golden...
  6. Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce...
  7. Enjoy....

My Tip:

Cook it in low flame.. You can also make it in airfryer
