Ingredients to make paneer Makhana balls

  • 2 cup makhana
  • 1 cup paneer
  • 1 fine chopped green chili
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • rock salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • Reisin 10 -12
  • oil

How to make paneer Makhana balls

  1. roast makhana and grind it and keep aside
  2. In a mixing bowl put grinded makhana ,grated paneer, chopped green chilli and chopped coriander, salt, pepper powder and mix it well and make small balls stuff with raisin
  3. now in another bowl put grind makhana and chilli flakes and mix well
  4. Now dip the balls in milk and coat with grind makhana chilli flakes mixture and fry it on full flame till golden brown
  5. paneer makhana balls is ready
