Ingredients to make pineapple Rasgulla donuts with kiwi rabdi..

  • In 2 cup fresh paneer
  • 1tbsp powder sugar
  • 1 drop yellow colour,
  • 1 tsp pineapple essence
  • kiwi rabdi: 1cup plain rabdi..
  • 1/2 cup kiwi pulp
  • 1tsp kiwi essence
  • 1drop green colour..

How to make pineapple Rasgulla donuts with kiwi rabdi..

  1. In 2 cup fresh paneer add 1tbsp powder sugar.
  2. Add yellow colour,pineapple essence..knead well
  3. Now Make 4 part of this chenna mixture.. Take 1 part...Make puri shape..size as u want...
  4. Take glass & give the round shape...take out the extra part..
  5. .For small hole take nozzle...put it in the middle .
  6. Make hole with the help of nozzle.
  7. Ur donut shape is ready to boil...
  8. In sugar syrup add pineapple essence & yellow colour... When its boiling ...put the donuts into it...boil till 15 mins...
  9. for kiwi rabdi. Mix all ingredients well. chill it in fridge ..
  10. Assemble.. Put the rasgulla donuts in the plate...spread kiwi rabdi over it...
  11. garnish with colourful flakes...or as u wish for garnishing... serve Chill..
