Fruit salad is very refreshing on a hot day

Fruit salad

Ingredients to make Fruit salad

  • 1 kg milk
  • 2 tbsp vanilla custard powder
  • sugar as required
  • 1 piece chopped banana
  • 1 piece chopped sapodila
  • 3 tbsp chopped apple
  • 3 tbsp grapes
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp chopped badam
  • 1 tsp chopped pistachios
  • For garnish
  • Nuts powder

How to make Fruit salad

  1. Take a bowl add 1/4 cup milk and custard powder and mix well
  2. In a pan add milk and custard powder mix milk and cook slow flame
  3. Stir continuously for 20-25 minutes cook until becomes milk half
  4. Turn off the flame and transfer it to a bowl
  5. Let it cool at room temperature
  6. Add all fruits and cardamom powder and chopped badam, pistachios mix well
  7. Then place it in refrigerator to chill fruit salad
