SABUTDANA PEANUT STICKS

Ingredients to make SABUTDANA PEANUT STICKS

  • Sabutdana soaked 250 gms
  • peanuts Roasted 100 gms
  • rock salt as per taste
  • Mirch powder 1 teaspoon
  • Kuttu ka aata 1 tablespoon
  • Boiled mashed potatoes 4
  • green chillies chopped 2
  • Green coriander 2 tablespoon
  • oil for frying
  • White seasme 2 tablespoon

How to make SABUTDANA PEANUT STICKS

  1. Soak sabutdana for 2 hours and add salt and mirch powder.
  2. Grate boiled potatoes
  3. Grind Roasted peanuts.
  4. Mix all the ingredients except oil and white seasme
  5. Make rolls from it
  6. Heat the oil in a wok
  7. Roll these sticks with white seasme
  8. Deep fry
  9. Serve it hot with mint dip

My Tip:

Deep fry on medium flame
