Mushroom green peas roll

Ingredients to make Mushroom green peas roll

  • wheat flour 1 cup
  • ghee 2 table spoon
  • onion 1 number
  • tomato 1 number
  • ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  • Green peas 1/2 cup
  • mushroom 1/4 cup
  • turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • chilly powder 1 teaspoon
  • coriander powder 2 teaspoon
  • coriander leaves chopped 4 table spoon
  • Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt
  • Cheese spread 4 table spoon

How to make Mushroom green peas roll

  1. Make roti dough
  2. In a pan add ghee add onion and ginger garlic paste and saute
  3. Add tomato and saute till oil separates
  4. Add salt
  5. Add all powders and saute for 1 minute
  6. Add mushroom chopped and green peas and just sprinkle some water and cook it covered in low flame
  7. Cook till soft
  8. Add coriander leaves
  9. Make roti and spread cheese
  10. Add filling in it and roll
  11. Serve hot
