Ingredients to make Ada dosa

  • Boiled rice 2 cup
  • Bengal gram dal 1/2 cup
  • red chilly 8 number
  • hing 1/2 teaspoon
  • ginger 1/2 inch
  • onion chopped 1 number
  • curry leaves
  • turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon

How to make Ada dosa

  1. Soak rice and Dal separately
  2. Add red chilly to rice and soak it
  3. After 30 minutes grind rice red chilly and ginger coarsely like rava
  4. Add Dal and grind it coarsely
  5. Add salt and chopped onion
  6. In a hot tawa make dosa crispy . Sprinkle gingely oil
  7. Serve hot with coconut chutney
