Zucchini Sushi

Ingredients to make Zucchini Sushi

  • garlic SAUCE
  • 250 grms hung curd
  • 2 garlic pods crushed completely
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • FOR THE WRAP
  • 1 Zucchini thinly sliced using a peeler
  • FILLING
  • 1 carrot finely sluced
  • 1 green bell pepper finely sliced
  • 1 cucumber finely dliced
  • Few cilantro sprigs
  • SERVING
  • Soya sauce 1 tbs
  • Thinly sliced ginger
  • chilli sauce ( optional)

How to make Zucchini Sushi

  1. TAKE HUNG CURD AND ADD CRUSHED GARLIC CLOVES
  2. ADD OLIVE OIL
  3. ADD SALT
  4. ADD FRESH CRUSHED PEPPER
  5. MIX TILL SOFT AND CREAMY
  6. IT SHOULDN'T BE VERY THIN
  7. TAKE A ZUCCHINI AND PEEL IT. REMOVE 1ST TWO LAYERS.
  8. WE WILL USE THE FROM THE 3RD LAYER. MAKE SURE TO PEEL THIN LONG SLICES
  9. LIKE THIS
  10. PLACE 1 SLICE ON THE PLATE AND ADD 1 MORE SLICE ON IT.PRESS TO SEAL.
  11. APPLY OUR GARLIC SAUCE
  12. SPREAD A THIN LAYER
  13. NOW PLACE A CILANTRO STEM
  14. FEW CUCUMBER SLICES
  15. FEW CARROT SLICES
  16. SOME GREEN CAPSICUMS
  17. GENTLY ROLL THE SLICE
  18. ROLL TIGHTLY
