Ingredients to make Satvik food

  • 1/4 beetroot chopped cooked
  • 1 cup methi leves,Tuvar dol cooked
  • Tadaka
  • For sweet
  • 1 cup suji
  • Half ghee
  • 4 badam
  • Cup sugar
  • 2 fried papad
  • 1 cup dahi

How to make Satvik food

  1. Take a pan put tadaka. curry leaves, add chana dol 1 tsp.
  2. fry golden color. next add chili slices beetroot peices,ginger.
  3. Add salt,pepper, haldi mix well ready to serve garnish with coconut powder .
  4. Take a pan .Put tadaka.
  5. Add cooked methi dol, add salt,chili powder, hing,turmeric powder.
  6. Boil 2 min ready to serve garnish with coriander.
  7. Halva Take a pan put ghee. fry badam slices take it out.
  8. Add suji fry on gold colour. add ghee mix it.
  9. Add sugar,hot water mix well up to texture will thick. ready to serve by badam.
