Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Ingrendents for chilla:
  2. 1 cup yellow moong dal, soaked and crushed into a fine paste
  3. Salt to taste
  4. A pinch of haldi
  5. 1 carrot grated
  6. 1/4 cup bell pepper (of 3 colours)
  7. 1/4 cup methi leaves, chopped
  8. 1/4 cup palak chop
  9. 1/4 cup great lukai
  10. 1/4 cup crushed peas as corn kernals
  11. 1/2 beet grated
  12. 1 onion grated
  13. 2 green chilles, chopped
  14. 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  15. 1 tsp red chilli powder, optional
  16. Other Ingredients:
  17. 4 bread slices
  18. 1 tbsp butter
  19. 2 cheese slices
  20. 1 bolied aloo, cut into round slices
  21. 1 tomato, cut into round shapes
  22. 1 cucumber, cut into round shapes
  23. 1 cup tomato puree

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add all the ingredients, mix it well and make a fine batter. Make it ready and keep aside. (Use the tomato puree instead of water.)
  2. Take a non-stick tawa and grace it with oil, make the chilla ready and keep aside.
  3. Take a bread, apply the butter on both breads, then the green chutney on top. Put aloo rings and sprinkle chat masala on top then put tomato rings and sprinke chat masala.
  4. Next, put chilla, cucumber rings and sprinkle it with chat masala, then put chesse slices and cover it with another bread and grill till both sides are crispy.
  5. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
