Spinach and Sprouts stuffed Sandwich Potato Pakoda.( Health bhi taste bhi)

Ingredients to make Spinach and Sprouts stuffed Sandwich Potato Pakoda.( Health bhi taste bhi)

  • potatoes 2 big.
  • Baby spinach leaves 10 to 12.
  • Sprouts 1/2 cup.( Moong or moth )
  • coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
  • Grated coconut 1 tbsp.
  • mint chutney 2 tsp.
  • Cheese grated 3 tbsp
  • gram flour 3/4 cup
  • sooji 1/4 cup.
  • garlic minced 1 tbsp
  • coriander powder 1 tsp
  • salt 2 tsp.
  • chilli powder 1 tsp.
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Ajwain 1/2 tsp
  • oil for frying.

How to make Spinach and Sprouts stuffed Sandwich Potato Pakoda.( Health bhi taste bhi)

  1. Peel and Chop potatoes round ( cut lengthwise so you get bigger circles)
  2. Boil for 5 minutes or till parboiled. Check inbetween not to over cook.
  3. Take out from water , keep aside.
  4. Sprinkle little salt. Keep aside to cool.
  5. In the same water just dip baby spinach leaves and take out.
  6. Simultaneously heat 1 tbsp oil . Add minced garlic, give a stir. Add Sprouts.
  7. Add chilli powder , salt, coriander powder, Turmeric.
  8. Add grated coconut. Saute on medium heat.
  9. Remove from heat. Mix mint chutney after mixture gets cool.
  10. Add coriander leaves to the sprouts mixture.
  11. Mix gram flour and Sooji in a bowl.
  12. Add salt , turmeric, chilli powder ajwain to the gram flour Sooji mix.
  13. Add water and make batter for pakoda.
  14. Heat oil in a pan. Take a potato slice, put little cheese than a spinach leaf.
  15. Now keep Sprouts mixture on it. Put cheese, than spinach leaf, again cheese followed by potato slice.
  16. Add 1 tbsp of hot oil in batter, mix
  17. Now dip stuffed potato combo in flour and deep fry .
  18. Turn and cook both the sides brown.
  19. Serve with tomato ketchup.
