About Pulao-e-Jashn Recipe

This is a dish that I learnt when I was in Mumbai,it is a local dish there so I just thought let's make it using less ingredients than what actually is used but no compromising with the flavours

Pulao-e-Jashn

Ingredients to make Pulao-e-Jashn

  • 2 onions
  • 1cup rice
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2tsp cumin seeds
  • 1tbsp oil
  • salt according to taste
  • red chilly powder according to the taste
  • 1/2tsp asoefoetida
  • 3tsp pav bhaji masala
  • 3clefts of garlic
  • coriander and lemon for garnishing

How to make Pulao-e-Jashn

  1. Pour oil in a pan
  2. Add cumin seeds and asoefoetida
  3. Add chopped tomatoes onions and garlic
  4. Add chilly powder,salt and mix properly
  5. Add rice and mix everything well and finally add Pac bhaji Masala and pour 1/2glass of water
  6. Let the water simmer down and serve the dish while it's hot and garnish it will lemon juice,Coriander
