Ingredients to make Kuttu Pakodi

  • 1bowl kuttu flour
  • 1 tblsp rock salt
  • 1tblsp red chilli powder
  • 1 bowl potatoes cut into round slices

How to make Kuttu Pakodi

  1. Take a bowl..put the flour in it.
  2. Add salt and chilli powder.
  3. Now add water and make the batter.
  4. See the consistency of the batter.
  5. Heat the oil for frying.
  6. Now dip one by one potato slices into the batter and put it into the heated oil..
  7. Now deep fry it.
  8. Serve it hot with green chutney and curd..

My Tip:

You can add little bit curd also in the batter.
