Farali Aloo Subzi

Ingredients to make Farali Aloo Subzi

  • 4 boiled,peeled potato and cut into 1/2 inch cubes.
  • 1 tbsp ghee,
  • 2 chopped green chilies,
  • 3-4tsp roasted peanuts,
  • 1/2 tsp rock salt
  • 1tbsp grated coconut( optional),
  • 2tbsp coriander leaves chopped,
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala.
  • 1 chopped tomato,
  • 1 lemon juice,
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper.

How to make Farali Aloo Subzi

  1. Heat ghee in a non stick pan add cumin seeds.Seeds begin to change colour add green chilies and saute add potatoes and saute till crisp.
  2. Now add tomato chopped, peanuts, salt, black pepper, chaat masala, lemon juice mix well cook on low heat for 5 minutes heat off.
  3. Transfer into a serving plate garnish with coriander leaves serve hot.
