Bread pockets

Ingredients to make Bread pockets

  • potatoes 250 gram
  • Green peas 4 tablespoons
  • onion 1 big size
  • 2 green chillies
  • coriander leaves 1 teaspoon
  • oil 2 tablespoons for filling making
  • oil for deep frying
  • salt 1 teaspoon
  • Red pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Raw mango powder 1 teaspoon

How to make Bread pockets

  1. Boil , peel and mashed potatoes
  2. Boil peas
  3. Chopped onion
  4. In a pan put oil for making filling
  5. Add chopped onions
  6. Add mashed potatoes and boiledbpeas
  7. Add all the spices
  8. Add chopped green chillies and coriander leaves
  9. Mix well
  10. Now roll the bread slice by rolling pin
  11. Fill the filling
  12. Seal it by water on all sides and press by a fork
  13. Deep fry till golden Serve hot with chutney
