  • 1-2 Medium sized boiled potato cut in to cubs
  • 4-5 green chillies
  • 1 Tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 Tsp oil
  • Coriender leaves
  • 1 onion chopped
  • salt to teast
  • 1 Tsp turmaric powder
  • Pinch of asfoetidia
  • 1/4 Tsp cumin seeds
  • 7-8 curry leaves

How to make Yellow potato bhaaji

  1. BOIL THE POTATOES UN PRESURE COOKER GIVE 3-4 WHISTLE
  2. BOILED POTATOES KEEP ASIDE FOR COOL THEN CUT IN CUBE
  3. TAKE KADAI ADD OIL HEAT ON LOW FLAME NOW ADD MUSTARD SEEDS
  4. ADD CUMIN SEEDS AND HING
  5. ADD ONION AND CURRY LEAVES AND SAUTE
  6. ADD GARLIC PEAST AND GREEN CHILLI
  7. ADD SALT AND TURMARIC AND TO IT
  8. NOW ADD CUBED POTATOES MIX WELL KEEP 3-4 MIN
  9. TURN OFF FLAME
