Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Rice flour 1 tsp
  2. Besan 1/2 cup
  3. Hing pinch
  4. Baking soda pinch
  5. Turmeric powder 2 pinches
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Water as required
  8. Oil
  9. Chilli powder
  10. curry leaves
  11. Groundnuts
  12. Senaga pappu

Instructions

  1. To a bowl add besan,rice flour,hing salt,baking soda,turmeric powder mix all well and add water and make batter for making boondi without lumps
  2. Now take oil.in a deep pan and heat it
  3. Take jhara and put on top of heated oil and keep.pouring batter on top of it by using spoon
  4. Then fry on low flame till they turn medium crispy
  5. NOW BOONDI IS READY ,SEV PROCESS IS IN MY PROFILE
  6. Now get cornflakes ready made and fry in oil and keep a side
  7. Now heat pan put little oil and add groundnuts n fry,curry leaves n fry,senaga pappu n fry
  8. Add cornflakes ,boondi,sev and if needed add salt,add little chilli powder and mix all well
