Ingredients to make Sago Kesri

  • sabudana-1cup
  • sugar-3tbls
  • desi ghee-1tbls
  • cashewnut-1tbls
  • orange colour-pinchof

How to make Sago Kesri

  1. soak sabudana for 2-3 hours.
  2. drain water and dry with cloth. microwave for 1 minute for softening
  3. heat ghee in a pan fry cashewnut.keep aside
  4. heat pan add sugar. when sugar melting caramelised not brown add 1/2tsp ghee and colour.
  5. add sabudana mix well cover for 1 minute.
  6. add kaju and serve

My Tip:

Decorate with caramelised sugar
